At the core of Ascot Mill’s process is an analysis and research-driven Methodology that solidifies goals, targets, and direction for any business expansion project.
We call it the Keystone Methodology. This working philosophy focuses on four key areas of growth and development: Branding & Marketing, Internal Operations, Technology, and STP (Sales, Training, and Personnel).
Our Keystone Methodology is delivered through a Growth or Strategy Project, managed by an Ascot Mill Consultant. An expert, and often managerial hand, is required to effectively draft and implement a Strategy; the benefits of which are immensely profitable. Strategy provides Upper Management, C-Level Executives, and Owners with the ability to conceptualise the scope of a growth period and plan effectively.
An Ascot Mill Consultant is, by definition, a problem solver. This often means that a Consultant will perform the role of a Project Manager in the majority of situations. In this role a Consultant will implement Keystone Methodology principles to oversee a wealth of different projects including Brand Expansion projects, implementing technology infrastructure, facilitating regional or global expansion, delivery of new products to market, and many more service offerings within our scope. A combination of these 4 key principles allow for a ‘complete approach’ to controlled growth and development.
